Nationally acclaimed golf course architect Raymond Hearn crafted the course directly into its natural features, blending lush fairways and expansive greens into sprawling wetlands and forests.

In a town known for having one of America’s highest numbers of golfers per capita, The Grande clearly stands out from the region's numerous golfing facilities. Hearn partnered with golf course contractor Doug O’Rourke to implement his vision of carving a championship-level course through such a diverse terrain. The result has been spectacular.

Encompassing more than 400 acres, The Grande boasts elevation changes that span 100 feet. Grassy meadows, lakes, wetlands, pine, maple and oak forests cover the property and serve as the course’s defining characteristics, as well as numerous magnificent rock outcroppings. The dramatic effect of this design complements Hearn and O’Rourke’s attention to detail, and regardless of skill level, The Grande promises an experience unlike any other – short on cost, long on enjoyment.
